Our support staff consisting of a scheduler, delivery people and service manager provide the hard work needed to deliver product and personnel to the job sites on time.
Tri State Kitchens, Inc. was established in 1989. William Greenwood, a custom cabinet manufacturer, George O'Rourke, a kitchen salesman/designer and Mike Thibault, a kitchen installer joined forces to open the Nashua, NH showroom that is still open today. The trio combined their diversified backgrounds to capture a considerable market share of the Southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts home builder business.
Bill Lubinski as been a sales representative and designer with Tri State Kitchens since
2003 assisting builders, remodelers and homeowners with their kitchen and bathroom projects. Prior to joining the kitchen and bath industry, Bill worked in the electronic distribution field for 19 years as a regional operations manager supporting sales branches
throughout the Northeast, Mid America and Canada. With his background, he has a great understanding of warehousing, operations, sales and customer service.
Whether you have a multi unit project, single family home, apartment or are flipping a home, Bill can help you determine the right materials needed to meet your design requirements and budget as well as your timelines to complete the project.
In his time a way from the office, Bill enjoys golfing, skiing and spending time with his family and friends at the lake .
Karen Pied has been a Kitchen Designer with Tri State Kitchens Inc. for over twenty years. She
has designed kitchens, bathroom and entertainment spaces for retail and new construction clients.
Karen holds her degree in Interior Design, AKBD certification through the National Kitchen and Bath Association, CPSP certification through the National Association of Sales Professionals and is currently pursuing a BA in Project Management.
Prior to joining Tri State Kitchens, Karen worked as an interior decorator. With her great interpersonal skills, education and professional experience, she can assist you whether you’re looking for your dream kitchen in your forever home, a quick facelift for resale or specialized design such as aging in place. Karen works in our Londonderry showroom where she also lives and is an active member of the community.
When Karen isn’t working, she’s busy being a mom or doing her own home improvement projects and loving the outdoors
Mike Thibault is a forty year veteran of the kitchen business. He learned the art of
kitchen design and installation in the late 70's from true craftsmen at Pelham Woodcraft
Inc., a custom cabinet maker once located in Dracut, MA.
He opened Tri State Kitchens, Inc. in 1989 at the current Nashua location servicing homeowners, builders and remodelers.
The Londonderry showroom was opened in 2005 with a focus on assisting individual homeowners realize their dream kitchens. Mike has been involved in design, project management and installations for over 10,000 kitchens during his career. He currently manages the company's day to day operations and personally reviews every project.
Mike and his wife, Claire have three wonderful adult sons. Mike enjoys boating, fishing,water sports, traveling and golf.
Bobb has been in the construction/remodeling industry for over 45 years specializing in
the kitchen business for the last 35 years. He started with design work when computer design was in its infancy and moved on to sales, installation and now works
as service manager for Tri-State who he has been with for the last 27 years where he enjoys
resolving the challenges of making our customers homes beautiful.
Bobb Maio is the father of two married sons including two grand children. He has been involved with the youth in the community through Scouting. Bobb has been a Scoutmaster for over 10 years and a martial arts instructor for over 30 years
Denise Hudson has been in the kitchen business for over 30 years, of which more than 20
years has been in kitchen design.
She has been with Tri State Kitchens, Inc. since 2002.
In addition to providing day to day support of our design staff, Denise is the showroom
receptionist in our Nashua showroom.
Denise's smile and enthusiasm will greet
customers as they enter the showroom.
She will review all that Tri State Kitchens has to
offer and personally satisfy your needs or connect you with
one of our design
Prior to Tri State Kitchens, Denise spent several years in the furniture business helping her customers coordinate upholstery and window treatment fabrics.
When Denise isn't at work, she enjoys spending time with her 6 grand kids and following their lacrosse and soccer matches. She also loves to sew and work on remodeling projects around the house and spends as much time as possible outside.
Jack Skelly has been with Tri State Kitchens for 19 yrs. Originally hired in
sales, Jack is now responsible for management of all projects which
include scheduling deliveries, installations and follow
up with the
customer after the
installation. He is also still active in sales and design.
As a proud husband and father of two wonderful daughters, Jack enjoyed years of coaching his daughters in youth sports.He is an Air Force Veteran who is involved with the American Legion and Veterans Home. Fishing, hunting and golfing are a few of his favorite pastimes.

In her free time, Mary can often be found at First Baptist Church in Nashua where she participates in many hospitality and fund raising events.
