MEET THE TEAM

MIKE THIBAULT
Mike Thibault is a forty year veteran of the kitchen business. He learned the art of kitchen design and installation in the late 70’s from true craftsmen at Pelham Woodcraft Inc., a custom cabinet maker once located in Dracut, MA.
He opened Tri State Kitchens, Inc. in 1989 at the current Nashua location servicing homeowners, builders and remodelers.
Mike has been involved in design, project management and installations for over 10,000 kitchens during his career. He currently manages the company’s day to day operations and personally reviews every project.
Mike and his wife, Claire have three wonderful adult sons. Mike enjoys boating, fishing,water sports, traveling and golf.

BILL LUBINSKI

Bill Lubinski has been a sales representative and designer with Tri State Kitchens since 2003 assisting builders, remodelers and homeowners with their kitchen and bathroom projects. Prior to joining the kitchen and bath industry, Bill worked in the electronic distribution field for 19 years as a regional operations manager supporting sales branches throughout the Northeast, Mid America and Canada. With his background, he has a great understanding of warehousing, operations, sales and customer service.
Whether you have a multi unit project, single family home, apartment or are flipping a home, Bill can help you determine the right materials needed to meet your design requirements and budget as well as your timelines to complete the project.
In his time a way from the office, Bill enjoys golfing, skiing and spending time with his family and friends at the lake.

MARY MOODY
Remodeling your kitchen is an exciting opportunity to tailor the workspace in your home to fit your needs and your style. There are many decisions to be made during the process and often there are alternatives to consider in order to arrive at the best possible layout, and to choose materials and finishes to create a look you can enjoy for many years. Mary joined Tri State Kitchens in 2014 with a mission to provide homeowners with outstanding service and careful guidance during this very important process. She has been involved in kitchen design for over ten years with a focus on residential kitchen remodels and bringing her background in retail space planning and marketing.
In her free time, Mary treasures time spent with family, friends and cats.

JACK SKELLY
Jack Skelly has been with Tri State Kitchens for 19 yrs. Originally hired in sales, Jack is now responsible for management of all projects which include scheduling deliveries, installations and follow – up with the customer after the installation. He is also still active in sales and design.
As a proud husband and father of two wonderful daughters, Jack enjoyed years of coaching his daughters in youth sports.He is an Air Force Veteran who is involved with the American Legion and Veterans Home. Fishing, hunting and golfing are a few of his favorite pastimes.

SHANIN LAVOIE
Shanin joined Tri State Kitchens in 2023. She brings over 10 years of customer service and administrative experience. Though this is her first time in the Kitchen Remodeling Industry, she is motivated to learning all facets of the business and excited to help in client satisfaction. Outside of office hours, she enjoys reading, creative writing and quality time with family and friends.
